Next time dont block the professions of your team, since Im guessing you guys all used attack base damage, something warriors can defend against pretty well.

Yeah, I find it humourous that anyone bothers to hide their build.

It was probably Mending + Watchful Spirit to get a +5 Health regen but extremely low damage.
And then he probably used Bonetti's Defense to evade and gain Energy.

I might have been on the warriors team if it was random arena. I went away from the keyboard and started up the oven and put in a pizza for dinner and came back and it was still goin on. I just exited out because I wasn't sure it was ever going to end.

Random arenas no one brings enchant removal. Its a real problem. And a single enchant removal isnt going to scratch a enchantment intensive build. Of course this warrior probably would have had a tough time of it. But think about it....remove 1 enchant, cool down 20 seconds, he can recast mending before you could get to some of his more dangerous enchants.
Enchantment removals need to be more plentiful or have their cooldown greatly reduced. In Random arenas its rarely worth it to bring a single enchant removal. I play a ranger quite often and bringing NR is great but there are always noobs running mend or some minor enchant on my team that scream about it. Not to mention if you get grouped with mesmer or necro( currently 35-50% of random 4 PVP opponents seem to be N/me) you cant use it either.
Let it be known there is a HUGE difference between random 4 on 4 and 8 vs 8 matches. In random 4 on 4 certain builds more and more pop up that are plain unkillable, becuase the chance of a random 4 on 4 team having the skills to counter whatever build is less.

He was probably using mending, healing hands, and maybe breeze. Combine that with a number of stances to go through (so you have a stance up most of the time) and maybe an armor boosting shout and you have a tank. He is totally and absolutely useless to the rest of his team. Enchantment break and/or stance break. Wild blow, pure strike, seeking blade, rigor mortis, irrestable blow, determined shot, swift chop, warriors cunning. Take one, they aren't bad. As for enchantment breaking that is a bit trickier in random arenas and you usually have to take them yourself.

any necro or mesmer better come to any PvP match with at least 1 enchanctment removal spell. the best necro spell to bring is Rend enchantments. it take down 8-9 of them. for 10 energy. very cheap but a long cool down time, however in 4v4 the match should be over before you ahve to use it again anyway

Hey, thanks for the post! Now I have a new way of annoying the hell out of unexpected players in the random arenas! Woooo-hoooo!
I hope no one brings enchantment removal, or massive health degen, or *gasp* pacifism. Scourge healing would be bad too

I've been having loads of fun with Well of the Profane. I'm surprised nobody's mentioned it. Perhaps because of the 25 energy cost? I'm running a Me/N Fast Casting/Domination/Death/Curses build currently, and when I see a corpse, and enchanted enemies fighting around that corpse...I'm going to drop a Well of Profane. Works wonders.
